Ifrah works as the Director of Programs for Bridge Institute. She is experienced in managing complex social projects with resilience, creativity, and social intelligence. Prior to joining Bridge Institute, she has worked with orphans and conflict-affected people in the region of Jammu and Kashmir. She had worked for different organizations as a researcher in the field of peace building, conflict resolution and reconciliation.
She is a notable Women Activist and a trained life coach who is passionate about self-improvement. Ifrah has graduated in Social Work and holds a master’s degree in International Relations. She is an ardent supporter of equal rights and loves to read Sufi poetry and fiction.

Suraj Roy

Suraj brings diverse work experience from managing customers in Telecom sectors across US and UK, operating systems and networking to backend processing in the IT sphere. Following this, he transitioned into client-based services and Diversity came along when he dabbled with FMCG and Supply chain delivery and logistics.
He has been working with KISS since its inception. Suraj has spent nearly a decade dedicated to the Development Sector, overseeing Project Management and Fundraising. He is directly involved in community engagements through various government schemes and projects and has vast experience in working with the Government and Partners in implementing Disaster Management during the Cyclones and Pandemics. He has vast experience in organising and managing International and National level events, Conferences and various other workshops along with different partners.

Satya Prakash

Satya Prakash

Satya Prakash works as the COO at FXB Suraksha India. He has been working in the field of child rights and combating human trafficking for more than a decade. In his role as a practitioner, researcher, and facilitator, he has been involved in designing programs on preventing trafficking in source states like Jharkhand, Assam and Manipur. His interventions have been recognized as models to emulate at the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. He has been involved in rescuing over 600 women and children from human trafficking and forced labour. The grassroots programs of his NGO have reached over 3O,000 children and community members and helped in reducing their vulnerability to trafficking. He has trained over 10,000 law enforcement personnel and other stakeholders on the human trafficking framework and child rights in India.

Adiroopa Mukherjee

Adiroopa currently works at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences as a Project Officer. She has over 5 years of experience as a print & digital communications specialist in the development sector. Her passion lies in managing & implementing organisational programmes across a range of domains, including education, sustainable development, gender equity & inclusion. 

She is an advocate of the power of effective communication, and also provides editorial support in writing project reports and funding applications at KISS. 

Adiroopa holds a B.A. in English Literature and an M.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies, and is also a restaurateur.
